Children's Sports

Register for any of our programs easily online or visit the registration office at Intracoastal Park Clubhouse (2240 N. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach) to set up your household account. Proof of residency is required. Please call (561) 742-6650 for office hours.

Young players will learn more about the sport and improve their fundamentals. Kids will take part in a variety of drills including perimeter shooting, ball handling, free throw shooting, passing, agility drills and rebounding. They will learn how to run offensive sets and play defense. Participants will play in actual game situations during the week to see how they have


Kids ages 4-12 can learn the fundamentals of cheerleading including jumps, motions, dance, tumbling and stunts to prepare them for school or all-star cheerleading tryouts.

Tiny Mites

Introduce your little one ages 3-7 to football. They will learn how to pull flags, run with the ball, catch and play defense.

Youth Flag

Youth ages 8-9 and 10-12 will get a chance to put their skills to the test in this fun but competitive flag football league.

Kids and adults can improve their physical and mental health, strengthen self-confidence, raise their energy levels, focus and concentration, learn self-defense and most of all, have fun! Learn the basics of traditional Karate and all of the benefits that come with the practice of this ancient art. 

Kids ages 4-7 and 8-12 will develop strength, flexibility and coordination while having fun. These classes are especially designed for introductory skill development on the vault, bars, beams and floor.

Soccer Shots is the national leader in youth soccer development for young children. Kids will gain an increased understanding  of team dynamics, character formation, skill development and coordination through fun fitness activities that are created with age-appropriate curriculum. All equipment, including a jersey, is provided.

The Boynton Beach Tennis Center offers programs for kids of all ages. Tennis is a great sport to learn young as it can be played for life.  Kids will learn skills that transcend all sports and can be applied to all areas of life such as agility, speed, acceleration and hand-eye coordination. 

Kids ages 6-16 can learn front and back walkovers, cartwheels, round offs and back handsprings in this floor gymnastics class that prepares tumblers for all-start tryouts.
